When do you get your salary deposited?

I thought it’s common for the salary to get deposited in your bank account on the last working day of the month. Until I ended up in a wrong place (a stealth startup), trying to jump from here again. But job market sucks now.

Lucky in this aspect, by 25th of every month, without fail. Sometimes on 22/23 if 24/25 is Sat or Sun.

Was at an edtech years ago, delayed payments very often. Sometimes by months. When I left, they had 5 months of dues, which got cleared 3 months later. Safe to say not joining anything like that ever again haha

As long as you get it on a fixed date every time, it doesn't matter if you are getting it at the start/mid/end of the month
