When do we get Separation mail Or LWD officially HR told me LwD verbally as Dec 13 no mails, ultimatix etc

HR told me I can submit laptop on Dec 13 when I met, I was on Bench when I resigned. Just asking when do we official comms from HR

It will be 90th day
