If all 45 leaves can be encashes, then you might get 98k.

Formula is( Basepay * 45 * 9 hours) / 2340

I don’t think so
One of my friends having around 30 leaves nd her base pay is 5.30 but she got only 20k something
She said they gave 500 rs only per day to many people
