Trending @Infosys; When do they roll out hike letters?

Since management is busy finding leopard in Mysore campus. We should also want to know when do they release hike letters?

Just now official oral communication received from DM!! Below are the criterias

  1. Must adhere to WFO— most priority cretiera
  2. Long term employees get more hikes because of salary corrections
  3. More hike expected to key resources of the project( manager has to recommend).

JL5 and below hikes are effectively from JAN 1st and rest Apr. Hike letters can roll out in Jan last or Feb middle.
