Trending @Infosys; When do i receive my Experience letter as my LWD completed on Aug 7

I have wrote down the respective people who handles the employees matter , I assume I could send email to them in my personal gmail , but when do i receive my experience letter , all my Infosys app is signed out and there is no update , is there any eta !?

My LWD is in next 2 weeks but my manager approval is still pending. Do we need to get manager and DM approval before submitting laptop? Also is there any clearance/follow up required?
