Work hard until you complete your probation period also your hike will be given after 1 .3year

I didn't receive the hike mentioned on Rewards & Performance portal... Accenture did scam with me .. I was supposed to get 25 K salary from this Month but they gave same salary like previous month 21 K
What should I do now, Pls help ?

Talk to your lead he would have visibility and help.

No, I am trying to get an idea of it all, hence the 'when' as someone told me that freshers get eligible for hikes after 2 years of joining.
