When can we receive a compensation letter ? Any news !!
We have received bands and it's a waiting game for all of us for a compensation letter and what will happen if we resign before we receive the letters ? and what happens if resign after the compensation letter ?(Hike can we consider)
If you check the mail of the compensation letter for last two years, it was received on 18-April and the mail of the performance band was received on 14-April. So we can expect the mail this week itself if they are not delaying the hike this year.
Not until they receive lot of resignations and their target is achieved.
That IF in your last line is only functional part of your statement...
They already announced that hikes are deferred, so, now they'll just extend it as much as they can , bcz they won't pay arrears anyway, so every month deferred is a great lot of savings for them....
And obviously they don't give rat's ass about employees anyway
