If you really need hike better to switch. I hope you are aware of Infy's current financial condition and hence don't expect any hikes soon.

Wait for couple more weeks this quarter results will be out. I am sure media will ask questions on compensation review and you will get the answe.

It was in the last week news infosys has already completed 2024 early compensation in November 2023. And they are more focused for 2025. And jl6 and above had a meeting last week for the same. They have been told straight NO hike this year.
