Nomination will happen in Jan and Feb, your current manager should nominate you for H1B visa.

In March employers will apply for H1B in visa portal.

Results are out 27-March.

Infosys will take some time to communicate lottery results. You can expect results internal to infosys in 1 or 2 weeks.

Hi @RandomITPerson I have asked for a onsite opportunity to my manager, he told me this year nomination didn't came.

Any criteria for this lottery?

As I asked they released the results today - not Nominated 😅

Nominations are there but not as much as compared to last two years.
Also it depends on your performance and ratings.

You need to stress your manager for visa nominations during Jan and Feb.

There will be lot of politics in between, so be aware of those and take necessary steps.
