Trending @Accenture; When can i take back my resignation ?

Lets say you resign and unfortunately wont get any job outside and then you take back your resignation, then they wont even consider you for dec cycle and you wont be able to resign for nxt 6 months I guess. Better to get some offer first then resign or if you are confident enough to land a job within 90days go ahead.

Okay.. but Traditional way of choosing resignation no longer valid these days..i have a followup question lets say i reverted my papers now after 6months(6+3) i need put papers or i can put papers after 3months(3+3)if resignation is taken back it doesn’t mean people stay for next 2-3years.
