When can I expect a promotion

Hey everyone! Wanted to share some stuff about my job at TCS. I started there in July 2021 as an Innovator (C1 grade) with 9 LPA. It's been a ride, but lately, things have been frustrating.

Got a small raise of 8% in my first year, which was okay. Second year wasn't much better, still got an 8% raise despite doing well and getting A band. But this year, despite doing well and getting A band, the raise dropped to just 7%.

And about that promised promotion, my manager said it was happening back in September 2023, but it's still not here in 2024.

Anyway, I'm working on a side project, a startup. It's my passion, and it's keeping me sane through all this corporate drama. Not planning to leave TCS just yet, but who knows? Maybe my startup will take off, and I'll say goodbye to TCS for good.

Can anyone help me figure out when I might expect my promotion to be completed and how much of a raise I could expect with it?
