Trending @Wipro; When can I ask for a band or designation promotion?
It’s been 1 year 3 months since I’ve been working under a project. And my total experience is 1 year 8 months since joining as this is my first company. So, I’ve been putting up some good amount of effort and made some pretty good progress since I’ve joined the current project. I’m expecting a good rating in the coming self review appraisal.
So, my question is when can I expect or ask for a band or designation promotion ? My current band is B1. Any suggestions or answers are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance my dear wiproites 🙂🙏
You need to be in Wipro for at least 18 months before a designation promotion and for at least 36 months for a band promotion and you need to get 4 star and above rating every time.
Already completed 2.5 years in wipro and every time I got 4 ratings. So, in my situation when will I got the designation and band promotion?
Just a blind guess, you'll get rated 3 and one more year in the same band. Sorry but the company sucks
