When can expect C2 ITA Promotion
My Promotion has been due since last year. I've heard there's been no promotion cycle since last July (eligible candidates as of July got their promotion in December). Is that true there's no promotion since then? If so, when can we expect the next promotion cycle in the current scenario. Any ideas or suggestions?
Ps. I'm looking outside to switch job, but still this promotion is something I deserve.
You need to wait till Jan 2026. But no hopes due to current uncertainty.
Till January many associates got promoted. As per the current situation once everyone gets their compensation letter after that only next promotion window will be going to open. So wait till September or October and confirm with your manager if he has any news. Also once the manager initiates your promotion then HE will check below a few points for past 6 months.. so meanwhile work on this..
