Joined October 2024. With the recent talks going around for promotion and hikes . When can an ASE become eligible for these? I heard the default promotion is removed ( no solid evidence) . And what are the June and December cycle, does promotion and hikes happen in these two months? Even the techleap promotion have been removed. Are the ASE's doomed?
