When can a fresher change their location?

My jl is yet to be released. I didn't know what I filled during the location preference. Does anyone know how many months we can change our location? Note: I'm Hired through Hackquest hiring and got my unit as Cybersecurity Practice Unit. I'm a ninja candidate.

After completion of ILP, the first day of reporting to rmg tell them that you need this location project. They will help you out, this is literally the best time for this

I haven't got jl. But can you explain why you said "this is the best time"
Also I read so many posts about rmg politics, They can put you into some other projects also like support or ITMS if you didn't get any good projects
