When bands will be released?
Hey fellow TCSers,
I saw a huge number of posts today here at Grapevine about band release, mostly saying that they will be released by today itself after the Q4 results are declared.
Is that true? As I recall, on 2024, the Q4 results were published on 12th April and the bands were released on 16th April.
If the same pattern is followed, isn’t it likely to be released next week?

Dears, bands for FY 2024-2025 will be applicable from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. Usually the hike % is decided based on the quarterly and financial year results for your units (probably decided already) but will be published only after the results have been published at 5:30 PM IST today. Then the batches of the bands will start running from today onwards. Different units will receive on different dates. Hence keep an eye! Also, the same will be effective from 1st April so your RTO index has already been taken into consideration while finalizing your bands. Remember, your bands will be rolled out only when your units are ready.
