When band will reflect in speed portal

Bro is so excited like he's going to get the increment of 4-5 lakhs.

Going by last year, It should be released on the first working day of April which is 1st April.

Band will be released tonight I think and letter by April 1st or 2nd. Managers will switch off the phone for the weekends and from Monday will again start treating the associates as slaves.😀

The letter comes out after quarterly results announcement. Bands should come before that because we have to accept them as well

I have observed a pattern for bands that it would release after registration for wings1 may cycle close. Not sure if anyone understood the same or it's just an hallucination from my end

I think letters should be in your inbox by 1st/2nd April.. If batches are not running on weekend due to year end closure

Bands will be released once q4 results are out
