Trending @Infosys; When are we going to get hike?
Can someone please confirm when we could expect a revision in our salary
There wont be any hikes in infosys.
Do not believe any one who says, you will definitely gets hike this cycle.
Me with outstanding rating from last two years. Have not received any hike till now. 🤡
Instead of hike, ask for better opportunity in company or leave company with good offer in hand.
OMG really? No hike from the last 2 years? You must be from JL 5 or above? But even then that's bad.
Yeah I now understand why there's a lot of attrition here.
Current designation JL4, but handling JL5 responsibilities from last 3 projects and salary remains same from DOJ. 🦧
There is some rule in infosys where we need to work at-least 3 years🐌 in current designation to get promoted to JL5.
Even for me (JL5) also there isn't any hike since last 2 year after getting outstanding twice
From what i heard company wants to run in similar fashion not retaining key talents, hikes are also like last year only to old timers and key performers
Never expect hike from infosys
