Trending @Cognizant; When am i liable to return the joining bonus?

Hi, I joined cognizant in August last yr 2023. My work experience with cognizant has been 9months and i want to resign. If i put the papers now, will i be liable to pay the joining bonus back, since the day i will complete my notice period, my employability with the company will exceed 12 months. Please guide ASAP.

You will have to payback. If you resign after 12 months you won't be liable but before 365 days you will have to payback. What's the amount of bonus?

But in my pffer its only mentioned that you should be associated with the company for 12 month. Nothing as such for notice period is mentioned

You should be fully serving on 365th day. You can drop paper on 366th day. If you drop early then you bound to pay back joining bonus.
