What's your stand on recent news on no hike this year by TCS authority?

I think everyone should first go on strike on this decision and then thodi company ki bajake jab company apni favaor me aaye tab resign kar dena chahiye. What's your opinion? 🤔💭

There are many workers union in all places.If we consent our problems to them, maybe they can take actions against them... We all are workers, so consenting to them is not a problem... But it needs many people support from TCS side.

That's the issue. Major people joining the company become chaatu for so-called promotion and other benefits. No unity in TCS. The company is divided completely based on different locations.
