What’s your role as C4 in TCS?

I think C4 are useless people. they are not the ones who contributes to the business.. They are the ones who follow tcs bureaucracy everywhere whether role is for architect or delivery.. Tcs should get rid of lot of burucratic ppl and promote c3bs/c3as.. Lot of projects these C4 are sitting idle and just sucking company blood.. High time now for tcs mgmt to realise this.. Also at this level thfese old timers are supporting each other to survive themselves (not to grow company)... They are there as we see night watchmen in test cricket..
