What's your opinion?

I have seen lot of employees in TCS being loyal to the company, But Now I feel it is a waste rather switching for a better pay is giving more benefit,Now by seeing these kind of policies, I also started looking for a new role in other company, (Variable pay cut, no proper hike, co-pay in Health insurance) Day by day it is getting worse and dont know what new policies may be added.
