As the title says, I wanna know what's your highest percentage increase in salary in the same company.
How can we increase our chances of getting a good increment? Is it just performance?

87.5% in first 4 month of joining. Purely performance basis, on closing a complex deal.

Yup they hired for me for specific task that they were trying to crack for 1.5 year. But they were blown away with what I delivered in 3.5 months so they asked me for a range to retain me.
