Knew a Product Manager when they made the switch to Dream 11. Total 6 YOE (2yr Post-MBA at the time of switching). Tier 1 MBA.

TC - 1 Cr (50 L fixed, 5 variable, rest ESOPs). Yes, I was shocked.
Basically they priced them out of the market, so they wouldn’t switch for the next few years.

There will be a huge gap since sde2 bracket is pretty broad. Afik sde3 starts around 60

Could you share the split up as well? Fixed? Bonus?stocks?

Have a friend there who prev said got a package of 40L+
