What's your case in Landing job right now.

I am applying for PM opportunities and using LinkedIn, what not to get shortlisted for resume and get an interview call. Earlier I used to get many calls from recruiters via Naukari or other websites but now it's like no calls.

Is it like I need to scale up myself or all of us are in the same place.

It's the market. Keep at. It's more push than pull. Make one pagers and write to hiring managers and HRs. Easy apply doesnt work.

Yes, not even referrals or Easy apply working right now. Forbes says after the September market is going to improve.
