Uninstalled it yesterday only

I was addicted to Insta as well, there was even a time when I was spending like 6-8hrs a day just randomly scrolling Insta. Then one day I just uninstalled it. Suddenly the realisation hit me I have so much time and I donβt know what to do. I ordered few novels, started going for running as well. I literally made few small changes in my lifestyle. So when I installed Insta after like a month, scroll time reduced drastically, i now spend like 1-2 hrs which I believe is a significant improvement from earlier.
Just wanted to mention that nothing good will come out if u just seeing random fake happy posts of other people. Take control of your life, make small positive changes and trust me you will a lot of positivity in your life. Or u can get motivated by likes on our posts, ur call :-)

Thats really inspiring.. what you have done in that 6/7 extra hr daily? How you utilise that apart from books and walking?

This is really good progress you've made. Really inspiring. I'm genuinely happy for you π
I was wondering, what about the people who create content on Insta? It gets a little difficult, I guess. Like say someone like ezsnippet, what he's doing is not only helping him but also so many others. So, I think what matters is how we use it.

Constantly looking for expensive things which I canβt afford

Damn those car companies making such beautiful machines π

Smoking and reela

I used to hate smoking, in 2021, I had few puffs, that's it.
In 2022 first half, I had few max 5-6 in 2 months. Later with my partner we decided to not do it.
In 2023, in span of 3 days, we did a lot of drinks and alcohol.
And it was done. I got married recently, in our honeymoon, we had a lot of smoking cannot even count the boxes π
Now whenever I feel tensed, sad, low, I crave for smoke.
Alcohol, is never a prb, bcz I don't like it anymore, or dont want to drink in the first place.
I think, with time I will have aversion with smoke as well.
I can't do smoking at home, so I wish I can always do wfh, but how our companies will understand π

But I feel it, it must be difficult for you to give up. And that's so brave of you. :)
