What's wrong with uncles of TCS?
Firstly they put 25/25 out of focus Secondly they made WFO 5days/week Now they are even stopping flexibility of visiting nearest office?
What do they want? The uncles at higher management has become mismanagement

My delivery manager, who too is an uncle asked that what's wrong, we were doing this even prior to pandemic and it is doable. I asled that why you are using smart phone, use Nokia keypad.. We were doing it 15 years ago... Even we didn't have phones and were writing letters and were living as well. That too is doable 😂
Since then he is targeting me in all meetings and calls😂
Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, Infosys... They all are embracing good hybrid models.. And our uncles want us to behave like toddler
I too asked my Manager he replied "it's you guys responsible for this step, generally many are not replied properly at working hours attending call from market, cricket ground, bench people not reporting/ not even responding for 3 to 6 months untill stop their timesheet or salary, such incidents leads to harsh decisions" I told" u should have taken harsh decisions who does such things, why should punish all"

What they get by doing all this, I got really frustrated now it's been a long time I am asking to report from my nearest location, even our project odc is also there.
I guess this is the technique for mass layoff without announcing and headlines.
