If I'm a founder, I will work as much as possible for my company because if my company does well, I get more profit as divideds since I will hold majority of the shares.
If I'm an employee, then I will only work for 8 hours and will make sure to complete my work. Because even if I work for 24x7 my salary is gonna remain the same.
If I'm a founder, I will not advocate my work concept to other employees because the return we get is not the same. But our Indian born CEOs have this mindset that, if I'm working on weekends then everyone should, regardless of how much money they earn.
Forget what they think. Go, do your work honestly and go home.
