Trending @Infosys; What's Wrong With Infosys????
Last week on Friday I was on sick leave and even one of my teammate was on sick leave same day. We were team of 3 QA , And that day 2 of us got sick . The third QA who were on leave on Wednesday and Thursday last week , her all work were done by both of Us but when on Friday me and my other colleague got sick, she telling us that I cannot do work of 3 persons you assign your to someone 🙂🙂🙂 and discuss among yourself.
At this stage what should I tell ??? Even they don't understand the meaning of sick leave.
Then it's not wrong with infy(Company as a whole), correct?? It's a problem with the person who is your teammate..it varies from person to person attitude and professionalism
The thing is even manager support this kind of things
Then don't support the manager when he in need...it's not the responsibility of one person to create and build professionalism and holistic culture within work space...but it's everyone's moral responsibility ...it's give and take thing...no body is from your family here for whom you can sacrifice things and adjust... everyone here to work and get paid off for that effort and go home ..no one is buliding frendship and relationship...which is rare
My response would be .... Hmmm .... Ok... Anything else... And then I just enjoy my sick leave 😜, and do my work the next day.
