Trending @Accenture; What's the worst could happen if we don't go to office?
My team seems chill with WFH, as they are based off many locations including offshore- its the "managers" in the DU that want to "see" us more often. Also, I'm an ASE (maybe this matters?)
Your team might be 'chill' with WFH, but remember, 'out of sight, out of mind'. You're an ASE, not a CEO. 'Managers' ka kaam hai dekhna. What's your visibility strategy?
Thing is, the "managers" of my team are at different location, and at my base location, there is just another Analyst. So for a team of 10 people, 8 are at different locations. By "see" i meant other "managers" of the DU, who are not directly in our team but part of unit, want us to "follow" this policy.
Damn it's really hard explaining the current scenario of our DU 🤡
There's literally no one from my team in the location what do I do simply travel 2 hrs back and forth and I am based in mumbai
