It depends.. if you are in wipro and getting promoted from B3 to C1 then your salary range will be 25-35 LPA and for direct recruitment candidates might get upto 40 LPA depending upon negotiation skills

I was promoted to C1 last year and Salary that time was increased by 10 percent Hike, LPA is 17 , should i ask them for martket correction for 20-25 LPA ?
