Hi, i have been with Infy for 7 yrs, and joined here as a fresher. I'm curious to know what other laterals and new joiners are getting per annum.

My exp : 7 Position: technical Test lead

Can other new joiners/ laterals with 7 yrs experience can tell me what's your current CTC?

I have seen many laterals testers going in and out. Minimum exp person with 5.5 yrs exp .came with 14lpa and he was hardly thr for 1.5 years. And went out in 20lpa
