What's the process after I am selected for the on-site opportunity, say for 6 months? Documents, Visa, etc. Can any 1 pls explain in detail?
I came from my UK last month. If you are referring to UK then should all be done in a time span of one month, Max 2 months.
Once you have raised the necessary request in your company portal. Book for TB test which is the time consuming process due to availability. Then book for Visa appointment (Another availability issue) once you have your TB test results report and other necessary docs. Once your Visa appointment is completed. You should have your passport printed with the Vignette Visa within 15-20 days. Then it all revolves around you booking the tickets for travel !

But, after an interview with the onsite customer, what's the process of documentation and HR discussion for the compensation, etc. Which HR coordinates with us? TCS wala or Customer wala? And which docs are required other than employment proofs, salary proofs and ID proof etc?
