
Trending @Accenture; What’s the point of having a People Lead?
I assume the reason behind assigning a People Lead was to make our lives easier but on the contrary PL make it even more complicated.
I can understand the PLs don’t have control over everything but what about things that they have control of.
I reached out to my PL for the performance outcome, yesterday and what I got was a late night response, ‘will get back in a while’. I mean what’s the issue and trouble in holding back the outcome, it’s but obvious they can’t do with the outcome they have no matter how much count of work we give them.
Why no just release the outcome and get over with rather than create a suspense followed by disappointment?

Let these losers enjoy their 4 days of feeling empowered,4 days of feeling like a boss but ultimately from June 2nd onwards they will see thw real picture of themselves in bigger and very contrast screens and they will realise they are still the LOSERS😂

Not everyone is good as my people lead, only thing is good in accenture for me after sat Sunday is my boss

My people lead said that she can't release it because it will cause unnecessary rumours and comparisons. I grilled her so bad after that, that she included the DU lead. I grilled the DU lead as well saying that what makes you think that delaying the results will not lead to rumours and comparisons? Now they've released it only for me

They are nothing but ultimate losers,puppet ,PA ,boot lickers of Top Management,those AHs cant do anything to those who are ruling them,so just to satisfy theor ego,just to feel that they also hold some authority they abuse their authority or powers...ultimate losers..I will say them

My lead informed me on Monday itself casually saying I am not getting any hike and promotion and vp will be 8.5%
