First of all , wings program is only for tcs advertising and showcase something to the outside world. No way it is helping associates. Eventhough you cleared wings, no project will release you to take up roles based on your wings aspirations.

I cleared wings before completing 1yr in TCS. Package went from 3.37lpa to 7.11lpa. Anniversary hike took it to 7.63lpa(5pts). First annual hike took it to 8.11lpa(B). Second annual hike probably 8.5-8.7lpa(B). So 8.5-9lpa would be my answer for 3yoe.

I don't know about Ninja to Digital but Digital to Innovator, it is 7.17 LPA to 11.5 LPA, and you will get salary ranging from 80K to 88K per month.

Digital Salary is between 45K to 54K, after clearing your salary will get doubled.

Edit 1 : it is for fresher, not for experience candidates but you can get an idea after this.

Digital to innovator is 2.2 lpa increase. That's what I got. I asked 2 others friends who cleared innovator same hike.
The 11.5lpa package is for the mtech candidates that tcs directly hike to the innovator role from top IITs and NITs.
