Totally depends on your manager....as such i have seen associates who just come, punch in/out and go....What matters is did u came to office or not...!!

Hour calculation is not related with QVA
Working days required to be in office is already 85%. I.e. 85% of total working days in that month. 19 out of 22 days will get you 100% QVA.

Working hours is separate parameter. QVA will not impact due to that. But your manager or hr can ask you to fill leave for the days where you have not come as per policy. Even though policy requires 9 hours but HR or supervisor may not bother you till you are completing atleast 3 hours and 85% attendance
