What’s the max limit of C2 band ?

Got A , expecting A but they say we will promote you when cycle opens (feels like scam) and might get B. It’s been 8.5y overall with 2.5 in TCs .

Salary wise not sure, I'm at 22.5. 8.5 YOE, and have met people with 25+ LPA in same exp range in TCS.
Experience wise, depends on ur TCS experience. After joining TCS you shud it'll take 3 years approx and a good repo within team to move up.

17.5 is too high for C2 as you are lateral hire, they will never promote you incase you gets also it will be around 10-12 % with more addition in variable pay
