What's the market conditions right now for a 2 year experience which wants to switch as SDE2 in product based?

Very difficult. For SE 2 roles at PBCs, try getting 3-3.5 YOE. I am 3 and MSFT just rejected me for SE2 Idk why! They said we’ll give SE1
