What's the longest you have stayed in an org and why you moved on from the longest stay?

About to be 5 years in current organisation this May. This is my longest so far. I am not considering changing jobs at the moment.

Total YoE - 11.5 The next longest stint was my first job, where I worked for 3.25 years. I moved on then because it was a startup that was going through a rough patch and I was being underpaid.

3 and moved out because of org restructuring and other bullshit

Mine - 7 YoE. Stayed in a company for 4 years.
Moved on because all the work I kept on started to make me feel bored. I was on the same project for last 3 years.

5 years and counting 😔
