What's the "industry standards" salary range (fixed only) for Marketing/Growth/Performance roles with 9-10 YOE?

You can ask in the range of Rs. 35-45L Fixed. The amount you will finally get depends on your skill set + how desperate the D2C brand is.
Im a bit confused regarding the whole D2C situation. The majority of D2C businesses are running in losses and I don't seem to get the logic of pumping money into high CAC performance marketing. The only reason I can think of is - the founder can secure a decent exit from any established player.
That is why I have seen the biggest drop in drop for senior growth guys across startups.
They generally pay more in Bangalore compared to Delhi NCR, is what I feel.
Growth roles drive relatively higher packages compared to Brand Marketing or Performance Marketing. Although D2C values performance marketing the most and would judge you based on the budget you have handled, ad networks you have worked on and ROI generated. If the scale of your past work lies within the scale of the D2C brand, you can command anywhere upto 60 LPA as fixed at your YOE.

Depends. If you're good enough to lead a marketing function - could go upto 70-75. If not the range is wild. 20-60.
