What's the ideal time to answer a Guesstimate question?

Want to understand your opinion cos i got rejected today based on the time i took to answer as per the feedback received.

In my opinion, it is the approach, the thought process, how an individual reaches to the conclusion that matters.

Finally, glad to be rejected for once.😂😂 because don't want to work with individuals who themselves are not clear with their expectations.
