Trending @Accenture; What's the HR process

I'm working in Industry X. Right now, I'm shifting internally from Airbus Tech Data project to Aircraft concession dept. I was interviewed two weeks back and was told that my name has been sent to HR a week back. And that HR would mail me later. I haven't received the HR mail yet. What's the HR process for internal shifting? Should I approach the HR dept for updates?
