Trending @Accenture; What’s the hike for getting promotion from CL11 to CL 10
I have been in Accenture from 2017 and I am waiting for this appointment from last 2 years n I m getting it now, what percentage of hike can I expect in a new project with double diamond client
Bro, expect around 20-25% hike in rupees. Accenture is known for decent hikes but don't expect miracles. Double diamond client might give you a bit more leverage, but don't get your hopes too high. 💸
Great but when I got level 11 I got 32% Hike and with that I was lucky to get an additional 18% market correct. So i want to know if your progressing towards ur next level as a lead there should be something more then 25% for sure.
you have been with Accenture from 2017 which means you have completed around 7 years with Accenture and you are still on level 11 ??
How are you sure that would be getting promotion As cycle is in may right?
