Whats the future as a SAP Consultant in TCS

No future. Only few onsite opportunities are there, besides no good sap consultant stays in tcs so you will always be over burdened.

This is my 6th company, I also feel the same, i joined as a lateral 2 years back but i feel the focus moves from working on some development to managing a team of fools who are from BPS or juniors and needs to be retrained in SAP, and if they dont perform which is obvious, the failure is blamed on to me. The people who are having the client facing role are also from BPS, and they dont have any knowledge of SAP, they will call the offshore counterpart and finds out who is available for the job. Toxic culture
