Trending @Accenture; What's the difference between Team Lead / Consultant / Specialist in ACN ??

According to me, Specialist is given to someone after promotion from Sr analyst, they are given 1-2yr time for training their lead qualities, they are alloted freshers and how they handle them based on that they are promoted to team lead. Consultant is overall different market

Team lead is mostly PMO, Specialist is mostly technical and consulting mostly functional

All are same.
