What's the business model of Rippling?

Their valuation and salaries are very high for a HR software. They seem to have so many products as well. It looks like AWS of HR solutions which is cool but still wondering if it's worth that much.

Their interviews are very hard which is understandable for the pay.

Can someone working at Rippling shed some light? What is the scale they are dealing with?
