2. Save travelling time
3. Spend time with spouse, parents
4. You can schedule your day yourself, you could work intermittently throughout your day.

No traveling = High productivity all the day

No wonder given all the high ranks crowd on grepvine, they’ll select hybrid. Which to me is utter nonsense!

Wfh you can upskill like crazy

What's best is whatever works for the person! Simple as that

I have own home and cost of living is much less than any metro city so wfh would be much better. Of course at career starting it would be better to go to office
