What's the best way to retire in TCS?
I am earning 17 lpa here with 9 years of experience in Salesforce. TCS is my 3rd company. Have been here for 2 years. 2 years have been very peaceful. I got time to build my business. I have Wipro offer of 32 lpa right now. But many people of Wipro keep posting how bad the company is and how they hire n fire. I am thinking to take back the resignation in TCS and peacefully settle here and on the side keep building my business. My business is around Salesforce. I have clients, I deliver them Salesforce services. Now it's expanding so I opened a MSME firm in my husband's name. And I am trying to expand the tech.
I think at my level people are earning way better than me in TCS. What should I do to settle n have retirement plans in TCS?

Probably you should go full fledged in your own company. Your revenues would sky rocket, and God forbid if ever the conflict of interest is caught here you may be fired on ethical grounds which would be bad if you ever want to return back to jobs in IT company

Or should I delegate all responsibilities to other freelance developers? And my husband can manage the business. Meanwhile I can join Wipro? Is that a good idea?

That's a smart way to think i.e delegate. Only worry is satisfaction on their delivery , your mind will always be engaged how they are doing. Wipro salary is lucrative and not a bad idea with the risk of job security, but trust me TCS is not any more having security too. If you have the skills , you can get any role in future even if you decide to join Wipro, or your own firm

You are doing business in salesforse and also you're working in Salesforce in the company, won't it be a conflict of interest ? Just curious ? And is this the reason you have the business u Der your Husband's name ?

No clients are not same. My technology is Salesforce. I am a TCS employee. Since I have Salesforce skills I had started with giving Salesforce services in my business. But I will expand now to other tech as well. Started business in husband's name as he is not employed and for me as an employee it's not legal to start a business. Also when working as consultants and contracters companies ask for GST registered firm.
