What's the best company to work in as an early career grad?

Very chill (atleast in my team, but depends alot on team to team) People here seem to be just logging in at 12 working a few hours and then leaving

Apart from that the work that I've done in the last 6 months(from when I joined) I've not been learning much here as far as work is concerned

Hackathons and all those things are fun where I get to work on good tech things, otherwise it's just making what the business wants(nothing too good)

There are only few people here that I've worked with who are interested in working/improving/doing shit that too they're based out of UK in my team

Apart from that most seem to be coasting, I wanna work here maybe when I want to retire but not now
