What's the best advice you were given but you ignored it

Everything makes sense in retrospect. Sometimes we wish we took the advice that was given to us but fail to comprehend it. I'll start - money doesn't equal happiness;sadly. It'll get you to 70% faux happiness. But it's the 30% remaining percent that counts.
